• Secondly, because it is necessary to put projects into practice.  Only through experimenting can we re-create the necessary theory to be able to act again.

Using this vision as a starting point, we have, over the last ten years, developed different management models for equally distinct realities.

The Management Office.

It is a management structure linked to the Plans for Introducing Dynamism and Excellence in Tourism, which have constituted one of the key policies in understanding the development and modernization of tourism in Spain in recent times. The Management Offices have been converted into a politico-technical organization with  sound theoretical formulations, flexibility when incorporating different social and economic sectors and above all, capability for seeing the short-, medium- and long-term at the same time.
